How to Use Product

Directions for use:

As a food supplement take one to three capsules daily with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Age 2 to 6 years – one capsule daily
Age 7 to 13 years – two capsules daily
Age 14+ - three capsules daily
